🎙️About the Speaker

Joining the British Royal Air Force at 18 and serving for 25 years, Serving in major operational deployments and exercises worldwide I have seen, done and experienced what most people only imagine or see in Hollywood movies.

Upon retiring from service My wife and I travelled for 6 months to find who I was in post military, before taking my first job as the senior medical operations manager for the London 2012 Olympics.

I then managed a large group GP medical centre, and Operational management of a hospital in London before emigrating to Perth in 2016.

After not being able to find my way to a medical management career in Perth, I started to study life coaching. Now 4 years on I am a Master Life coach working with everyone from CEOs to ADHD kids on reaching their goals and overcoming their overwhelm. Now about to rebrand and relaunch with my new business of Leadership Alchemy, I will be targeting business owners and General managers to help them develop their authentic values-based leadership skills and grow their businesses from the people foundation upwards.

Torrin’s 34-year business journey started in a time before mobile phones and internet instant communication. This journey was riddled with many highs and lows in the first 20 years before he cracked the code and now enjoys a business life that seemed impossible at one point. The turning point was driven by getting a deep understanding of human experience and applying it to business experience. That real-life education has prepared him well for what he is passionate about doing now…that is helping other business owners on their journey to conquer their dreams by teaching them how to connect and much better convert their sales.opportunities.

James Bryden

As a former professional sports coach, James built a number of successful teams over a twenty-five-year career. As a result, he has acquired excellent team-building skills. In the business world, he spends his time developing people management skills for owners and managers who understand that growing their business depends on building a great team.
