About Mary Argese

Mary is a Business Coach, Founder of Coaching Business Success. Her point of difference in coaching Clients is to set strong personal foundations in mental emotional health and wellbeing, and developing their leadership holistically, so that the Business and Teams work at peak level, within an excellent culture. Initially as a Counsellor, then Trainer and now Coaching the last 14 years, she works with a customized approach to ensure results are consistent and repeatable. Mary’s methods draw on her vast experience across a diverse range of business’s, and postgraduate degrees in Business and Coaching. She works within the professional ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and its core competencies.

Change, Mindset and the way forward

Understanding Change and understanding how our mind/emotions/body effect every moment of every day, will support major shifts in moving through challenges we face in our business, and in our lives. When we are faced with change (which is constant), it is important to know that resistance is normal. Mary will explain this referring to Elizabeth Kubler Ross’s Model. Having awareness on change then supports us personally to accept the pushback we may get (with ourselves, as well as from others in our life and in our business). Additionally, what goes on in our thinking, will affect our emotions, which then determine what actions (or inactions) result. Having knowledge on our Way of Being, gives us the power to change, and to support ourselves, our Management and our Staff, to have the life we want and the Business we aspire for.
