May 5, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm AWST

Join other entrepreneurial ladies to discuss how, as women, we build and develop key business relationships.
Being a Successful Businesswoman and Protecting your Mental Health
As a female entrepreneur and successful businesswoman, how do you manage your mental health? Taking courageous action is empowerment. Mary Argese is a Business Coach, her point of difference being that she uses training from Curtin University in the school of psychology, to create sustainable long-term shifts in clients, for their foundational well-being and business success. She’s had her share of personal health issues, yet uses what she studied to live her values and what she coaches others, to become the best businesswomen and mum she can be.
Be inspired and take away 3 key outcomes and learning opportunities:
❇️ What mindset do I need to be a successful businesswoman, especially being a mum too?
❇️What about my values and accepting change?
❇️ Who cares about my mood? Is my business ok?
If you implement what you hear on the day, within 4 months, you’ll increase your percentage net profit, gain clients, and have productive and happy staff..
About the Speaker
Mary Argese is a Business, Executive and Personal Coach working with a diverse range of businesses here in WA, nationally and internationally. Mary started her business, Coaching Business Success, in 2006, and graduating with postgraduate studies in Coaching from Curtin University, she was invited to join the Mentor Team with the Entrepreneurial Unit for the Business School at Curtin University. Mary went on to found Coaching Business Success, focusing on the leaders in organisations. Mary’s “mission” is to develop all clients to be the best they can be, at their chosen highest potential and to achieve their goals. She empowers Leaders, through choice, under the guidance of values, to take responsibility, for their own lives and ensure the success of their business, through the way they work with their staff. Mary’s clients move to a place of confidence, worthiness, and happiness by creating strong foundations for self-worth, self-esteem, and self-belief. They become empowered to make decisions, take ownership, and lead, while balancing work and personal life. This allows her clients to be the best they can be for themselves, their family, and their business success.
